    I have tried a few different workout videos but this one is truly the best -- its fun and it works! I have been doing this video 2-3 days per week for a month in combination with watching what Im eating and Ive already lost 8 lbs. The workout is not overly complicated and is easy to learn. I am pretty sweaty by the end but also feel really good, not exhausted and discouraged. I would recommend this DVD to anyone trying to ease into working out. It definitely works for me!

    This is a good workout, it makes you sweat and you feel good afterward. It feels like youre working your core and its easy to do. It kind of hurt my knees at first so you must be careful to keep your form and wear shoes.
